What an incredible weekend for our 6U team as they hosted an end-of-year tournament! The mini-mites got the full all-star experience, with an unforgettable opening ceremony featuring lights, a fog machine, and the national anthem sung live by a THYA sibling.

The tournament was packed with great hockey and lots of smiles, and were proud to announce that our 6U Gold team took home the championship 🏆, while our 6U Black team placed third! 🥉

A huge shout-out to the 6U families for putting the tournament together! Heres to many more moments like these! 🏒

What an AMAZING day at our Try Hockey for Free event yesterday! 🎉 We saw so many smiling faces and future hockey stars in the making! A huge THANK YOU to the TYHA coaches, Troy United Hockey Team, and Oakland University Hockey Team for sharing their love for the game and making it all possible. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🏒💥

Happy Valentine’s Day to all our players, coaches, and hockey families! Keep skating, keep scoring, and keep spreading the love for hockey! 🩷🥅

Congratulations to the 2010 Troy Sting on their District 3 Championship! The team dominated with a 9-2 win over Saint Clair Shores in the final. 🏆

Next stop, states! GO STING! 🐝

We are saddened by the tragic loss of one of our Troy Sting coaches, Ryan Abraham.

Please join us on March 21,2025 at 7:35 PM at Big Boy Arena in Fraser for Stick to Strength benefit event.

Proceeds raised at the Rockers game will contribute to Ryan’s children, further his children’s hockey careers, and educate young athletes on mental awareness.

There will be basket raffles, jersey off the back raffle, cooler of cheer and more!

Over the weekend, our 6U teams played in the Royal Oak Outdoor Classic Tournament, where they fought hard through the rain, snow, and frigid temperatures. Both teams made it to the consolation game, giving us a Troy Sting match-up to end the tournament!

The game went to overtime, and Gold came out on top! Troy Sting ended the tournament in 3rd and 4th place.
