TYHA Celebrates First-Ever Trunk or Treat!

The Troy Youth Hockey Association hosted its first-ever Trunk or Treat at the rink, and it was a huge success!

TYHA families came together for an evening of Halloween fun, creativity, and community. The rink parking lot was filled with decorated trunks, plenty of candy, and even some interactive hockey-themed activities! From spooky displays to creative setups, our families went all out to make the event a memorable one.

Families also had the chance to vote for their favorite decorated trunk, with the winner taking home a gift basket generously donated by B&R Sports. A big thank-you to B&R for helping make the event extra special!

After the trunk-or-treat festivities wrapped up, the fun continued inside the rink with an open skate. Kids took to the ice in their Halloween costumes, making for a fun and festive end to the evening.

Thank you to all the TYHA families who participated, decorated their trunks, and helped make our first Trunk or Treat such a success! It was a great opportunity to bring our hockey community together for some fun off the ice (and a little fun on it, too!).

We had a blast and can’t wait to do it again next year!
